CANCELLATION POLICY AND BOOKING CHANGES REGARDING THE RULES OF EMBRATUR
From the first payment the reservation is confirmed. If it is necessary to cancel or change the booking date, the customer must give written notice. Not being accepted cancellation or modification by phone. The cancellation or change of dates will be subject to the collection of fees according to the conditions below:
Booking dates change:
No data transfer fee will be charged only the eventual difference in price between one period and another, observing the following deadlines:
15 days in advance of entry for high season.
07 days in advance of entry for low season.
Obs .: Always according to the availability of accommodation spaces. (No changes will be made on New Year's Eve packages and Carnival and Holy Week).
Low / High Season / Holidays / Special Packages
Considering the beginning of the packet or daily, the amount paid will be refunded as follows:
Low season and highly From 30 to 15 days prior to entry, we will refund your purchase price, discounting 20% of the full value of the package + the value of the DOC.
14 and 07 days prior to entry, we will refund your purchase price, discounting 30% of the full value of the package + value of DOC.
With 06 days preceding the date of entry, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF VALUE
It will be deducted from the value of the DOC.
Withdrawal without cancellation - "no show"
Non-attendance without prior written notice, the expected date of arrival will be considered "no show" (withdrawal without cancellation). The vacancy will remain available for 24 hours from the time of entry. After this period the reservation will be canceled (with 100% retention of the amount paid), offering the vacancy to another interested. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID.
